Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel: Satisfaction. Driven.
In 2006, Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel finished 2nd in New and Pre-Owned Sales in the Country. While quite pleased with the dealership’s success, they wanted to better communicate their high-level of service and sales expertise and align themselves more closely with the corporate Mercedes-Benz brand, all while maintaining a distinctive Laguna Niguel feel. With this in mind we developed the tagline Satisfaction. Driven. This communicated the dedication to customer satisfaction that MBLN has at the heart of its operation. Along with refreshing the dealership’s brand, Blue C developed individual department brochures, a dealership brochure, direct response for individual weekend events and special lease offers, print and television advertising and event marketing for the inaugural Taste of Laguna Niguel.
